Evaluations and practice projects that shaped my product thinking.
PREVIOUS WORKProblem: One identity-verification flow had to serve anxious end users and time-pressed internal analysts.
Designed the end-to-end verification flow and a separate analyst case-review dashboard on one shared token system.
PREVIOUS WORKProblem: Shoppers could not confidently find inventory, pricing, or financing on the dealership site.
Ran a 10-point Nielsen heuristic evaluation and wrote severity-ranked, actionable recommendations.
Recent concepts and internship work exploring useful, approachable products.
CURRENT WORKProblem: 5–15% of people who start a free coding course never finish it.
Designed a progress-tracking companion app that helps new coders pick back up exactly where they left off.
Problem: Renters cannot try formalwear on before it ships, so fit uncertainty blocks bookings.
Led competitive research and user interviews, then designed a fit-confirmation checkpoint and the token-based system behind the app.
Built a token-based Figma design system with variables, a 4-color semantic palette, and type scale that cut visual rework ~60% and made global UI updates ~90% faster. Paired competitive research with user interviews to define a men’s luxury formalwear app’s fit-confirmation flow and 7-section information architecture.
Led creation of a Figma token-based design system from scratch and applied it across two mobile apps and a desktop dashboard. One of ~5 design interns reporting directly to the founder; delivered ~30 new screens and refinements.
